  • I love watching and listening to these kids play. They could knock the timing back an eight though. Like a lot of bluegrasser's these days play like everything is a speed competition. If they and many, many others would slow it down just a touch the note separation and definition would be so much better. I think every kid should learn an instrument. All eight of ours learned to play. It's fun to get together and play on weekends. We play lots of different music but bluegrass is always a staple.

  • Does anyone know how to give 100 thumbs up at once?! YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING!

  • These three are obviously good enough to have their own professional videos, music cd's and concert tours already....

    What's the hold up?

  • These kids are AMAZING. My Dad was right! This IS what could happen if kids do not have video games. I'll bet dollars-to-dumplings that these kiddos are not addicted to video games or online gaming! I would love to talk to their parents! PLEASE, SOMEONE INTERVIEW THE PARENTS.

  • they are sure giving Ricky a work out

  • Simply incredible!

  • When I was 9 years old and living in Dinuba, CA, there was a 66 year old man (He was born on Feb. 5th at the turn of the century.) that my Mum was friends with and this man could play anything that had strings on it and MAN! HE COULD MOVE HIS FINGERS! This man gave me a great love of Bluegrass and I could listen to him play all day and ask for more!

Thank you Perry Cutberth for the gift you gave me. I will NEVER forget you!

  • @mlvezie I think some people would consider bluegrass old timey, not in a disrespectful way, but in a nostalgic way. I think it's fair to say songs like Foggy Mountain breakdown and some others have been around for quite awhile. This music has endured for generations and will continue to do so. The boys remind me a little of the bluegrass group that played on The Andy Griffith Show in that they rarely crack a smile. My husband says that's traditional

  • @Simuertos I agree with everything you say, except they don't play ole timey music, they play Bluegrass.

  • I have recently seen Ricky Skaggs live. He's an amazing musician. Now these lil boys? HOLY CRAPSHOOT! If they're this good now...what will they be like in 10 years? These boys have the potential to become one of the best Bluegrass bands in history, at this rate. I've been listening to bluegrass sincce the 70's and it's still in my top 3 styles of music. These boys just prove that some good ole time'y music is still one of the best.
