I think HMX is purposely trying to screw with the vocal/mic setting so unless you sing super loud, you will almost never be able to sing OVER the original tracks even if you check "lower" the track volume. Unless you are doing a direct recording from a camera/cam-recorder instead of a capture card.

Anyway, I forgot to pull myself a way from the mic in the end so the WOOO is kind of loud lol ^_^

I think I am will be going back to play some guitar/bass with this game before I pick another song that I am slowly become familiar to.

It depends on your rendering output when you are processing the video if you are using a video editing program like movie maker or vegas.

If you are just uploading straight up from your camera's raw footage, you might want to put the setting up for HQ/HD before you record.
