A quick demo of balls bouncing down a grid of pegs into buckets at the bottom of the screen. It uses the Cocos2d engine for sprites and Chipmunk for physics. The animation is smoother in real life than what is shown here.

Balls change color when they come to rest in a bucket. The color is a way of telling me how close the ball is to the bottom of the bucket. Solid red balls touch the bottom. Solid orange balls touch the red ones, and so forth through the rainbow. After purple it goes back to red with a dot on it.
