no, I use Lancome Artliner , it is a liquid.

what do you do to your skin to get it like that? and i'm not talking about makeup but rather skin care product wise

I use Nadinola to get my skin eventoned, it is a moisturiser and also, check out my video on the baby milk facial. You can get the cream at WalMart
