"The Jedi teach denial of self. That is their weakness.
No sentient can long abide that."
Saes Rrogon, Jedi-turned-Sith Lord

-Synopsis-

The Padawan GREEN has fallen in love with her instructor PURPLE,
a talented young Jedi Knight.
When he reciprocates her forbidden love, he finds himself in a moral conflict: According to the rules of the Old Jedi Order, Jedi must lead a monastic, celibate existence.
As teacher and master, he has an even greater responsibility to protect the mental and physical well-being of his beloved apprentice.

The Sith-Lord RED, who has secretly followed the career of the highly talented
Jedi Knight for a long time, learns of this clandestine struggle.
He recognizes that he can use the monastic self-mortification and self-denial of the Jedi to win PURPLE for his own interests and pull him to the dark side of the Force.
The story beginns...

  • Wow, that´s a tremendous piece of work! I expected this typical "We are fourteen years old Star Wars nerds and try to make a Star Wars fan film..." Liked the actors, their performance and martial arts. The color correction and visual effects are well done! Liked that different style without all that Star Wars sob-stuff and you proved it again...the dark side of the Force is the more seductive one! Thumbs up for this video!

  • Lucky bastard got his champion mainhand

  • So awesome! :)

Makes me want to write a fan fic with a master/apprentice romance...

  • Cinematography is excellent, but the form of the duelists could use quite a bit of work and polish. The lack of fitting music also disconcerted me a little. But asides from that, well done!

  • What did you shoot this on? Very impressive.

  • awesome

  • is that Ben Kingsley?

  • I like his red shoes

  • @PiropoProductions Man I wish you would,it would be interesting to see how it pans out

  • Also: I love fanfilms like this, which show ambition yet still know their limits, telling a story that is basic yet still powerful and very grounded in the core Star Wars mythos, and coupling it with exciting action. In bad fanfilms, the creators typically either don't know what they're doing or try to do way too much.

  • For some reason I absolutely love the fact that this short film features Sith and Jedi that wear hoodies and drive cars.
