Spirituality: Why are people becoming more Atheist?

Why are people becoming more atheistic these days?

We have more atheists today because people are tired of religion, which teaches fear. It is taught that we must fear God. But this God does not exist. The God of the Jews is vengeful, the God of Christians is compassionate, Islamic God is a warrior and Hindu God rewards and punishes. Organized religions are like a cult and people are tired of them. Whatever is being preached there is no evidence of God. Yes, there is a God, which is a kind of light that is shared by all living beings from bacteria to humans. That light is you and you exist.

People are becoming atheist because they are more curious about the existence of God. The atheist might find God because he is searching. Even if they don't find God they find themselves. Atheists are real seekers and I bless them.

Both religion and science should serve a purpose. Science give us the logistics of life and the universe, where religions gives us more of the internal and spiritual aspects of things. Religions have gone astray over time because human beings are not perfect. One thing that helps me to believe in God, is when I see the goodness in people. We as human beings also have free will to decide what we want to do live for the good or the bad, Also we have of responsibility.

Well, there are more atheists because there are more educated people. Simple.

I do partially agree with what he said about the Atheists being more curious. At least that's my case. I searched sincerely for god and never found it so... I'm an atheist.

One reason is because Gods true people like Amish and those gentle Christ like peple are hidden.. Atheist only see todays out of order chaos Christianity and all its fake and ridiculous actions. Todays hiphop christianity does not represent God...

after 23 years as a christian I became an athiest because science showed that the bible and all other religious books are nothing but fairytales.science has and will continue to enlighten our way of thinking with pure,hard facts,not books that claim that unicorns exist.Also athiests dont search for a god as we dont need to as we know no gods exist.
