This past Saturday FIJI Water was a sponsor of the American Wine & Food Festival. To celebrate we got together with our favorite chef, Nobu Matsuhisa, and along with Ghirardelli Chocolates, created a fabulously delectable treat for 500 lucky guests. From 8-9 Nobu himself was present at the FIJI Water booth and personally handed out these treats that he lovingly called "FIJI Sweet". We figured you might want to try your hand at being a world class chef, so in addition to posting the ingredients for this dessert, we Nobu LA's Pastry Chef Carlos preparing the FIJI Sweets in the kitchen.
