DETROIT, MI - Some customers of Stu Evan Lincoln Mercury are fed up with the dealership. They say they've been left holding the bag with two car payments after signing over their old cars to the company.
According to court records obtained by investigators, a lawsuit claims that two dealership owners took millions from the business for their own personal gain. The suit accuses them of buying a yacht, a drag racing team, show horses and paying top salaries to family members, who had little to do with the business. Courtesy www.wxyz.com (Jun 4, 2008).

This is what happens when owners of these stores try to live large and can't pay the bills. Pitiful - no cash flow.

21% of $8,100 is only $1,950. Why was I paying $2,950 on interest? They charged me $15,500 for financing a car I bought for $11,500. I think they said the car is $11,500 including my $4,500 down payment = $15,500. That's not right. I work hard for my money.
