  • i've seen a lot of negative comments on this woman's shimmy. People in this clip she's g doing an Egyptian style shimmy and she is teaching it properly, it is supposed to powered by the legs and knees and you are seeing the leg action because she is wearing pants, if she had a skirt on, you would only see vibration. This is different from a Turkish of Lebanese shimmy which is powered more by the but and hips, it's is a bigger shimmy. There are several different shimmies.
