During 2006 -- 2011 Palliative Care attitude to people with life limited illness has significantly developed in Azerbaijan. OSI PHP initiated and supported with GF money first stationary and mobile hospices for AIDS patients in National AIDS Center with involvement of civil sector too. We are very glad to share with you our first social clip on Palliative Care supported by the International Palliative Care Program. Clip was demonstrated at the stakeholders meeting and spirited discussions. Clip shows how palliative care looks if is provided at home, underline that palliative care is human right issue and that every man has a right to palliative care when life limited illness occurs.
