@VideogamestarNaomie You get a friend code when you first log on to Nintendo WiFi. After that you'll be able to give your code to someone else and they'll have to give you their code. When you've added each other to your friend roster (maximum of 30 friends) you'll be play with friends online

Those licenses in the video are from a website (link is in video description) you can make yours there and have people level it up to get upgrades
