This video is just a hint. Why don´t you add a video to show the ultimate iPen? But be careful, the surface must not be to small - I have tried that.

Anyway, that isn't high quality! You could have made the opening more even and put the conductive foam's edges in the metal casing.

When you buy an integrated circuit (IC) , often it is protected from static electricity - by conductive foam. A service shop for repair of radio and TV will throw them away. Ask them to save a foam for you.
