@wallyjumblatt Go and fuck yourself! There is NOTHING un-safe about this video. if the gun had slipped it would not slip fast enough to go off. And his hand would catch it at the end sight anyways.

I was cringing watching that boy. His gun handling is atrocious. He could've shot himself. Watch it again. Holding a slippy steel barrel verticalloy in a gloved hand. What if it'd slipped down and gone off as the butt hit the ground? Dad needs to get his act together.

Wallyjumblatt. After you go to school and learn to spell I encourage you to go to the eye doctor and get some glasses. The boy clearly unloads the gun after the shot. The gun is, at no time, handled in an unsafe manner. There is no way from this video you can judge the friction of the gun or the boys gloves. Go back into your hole, get the pen and paper, and learn to spell!

I take it you are a new hunter? When the sudden burst of a gunshot rings out in the woods animals are not able to pick up on the direction it came from. However if people decide to assume it is ok to simply talk normally at that point any chance of picking up unalarmed game is gone. After the gunshot it is not abnormal for game to resume normal activities within minutes. Unless you are out talking then they scatter.
