Northern Belle in Glasgow Central 18-12-11

Having already filmed the Northern Belle yesterday, I was in two minds whether I should go back and film it again, but I'm glad I did! 47790 gives us a magnificant horn and clag show on departure, but left 47802 (which failed last night) sitting in the station all day. Of course, its easy to run round at Edinburgh Waverley (which is a through station) but impossible at Glasgow Central. So, when 47790 came back (which I missed, despite turning up at the station at 1645), they needed another engine to haul it away. 66305 performed this duty, and delighted with the best horn I have yet filmed.

I hear the Belle is coming to Ayr next year, so there should be a good opportunity to film it then!

nice video, went out to Holytown to see the 66 with the train but it went via Motherwell instead
