In 2004, Arizona ranger Roger Barnett was here, just miles from the U.S./Mexico border, tending to his water pump, when he discovered trash that led him to a group of more than 20 illegal aliens crossing his property. What followed that day was a seven-year legal battle that ended up in the Supreme Court of the United States, with Roger liable for more than $80,000 in damages.

  • @wyecee

Well for me, this isn't about those people trying to have a better life, it's about the Govt's not doing what they should.

Protect the people! Why should this man suffer for the Mexican Govt not providing for their own? And why would this man's Govt allow him to be sued by Illegal aliens?!

    OUTRAGEOUS!

  • @scalesofjustice0 How?

I'm more concerned that we'll lose our nation! Rights!

  • @moneyman3156 what will happen to Arizona in the future? Do you think that we will lose Arizona...

  • @johannas58 Unbelievably on top of all this you have a very cowardly frustrated "illegal himself" sand nigger president hating everyone who works better than him like the idiot illegal hispanics. They're the trespassers and the nerve to make US look stupid we don't wanna be them. One thing he told the truth was "things will get worst before it gets better". Except for the getting better part.

  • We need to be protecting our own borders so things like this don't happen to hard working Americans. Our government needs to get our troops out of the middle east and down on our southern border to help patrol it and to build a fence that will actually keep people out. This rancher has a right to protect his land, It's his ranch not the illegals. Bunch of crap if you ask me.
