I completely agree. Many people are mislead by words on the box or package. The less ingredients, the better.

Never considered this idea. Such an eye-opener.

Helpful video clip... I've been practicing DietOramy eating regimen (found it on search engines) for a little bit now and my personal overall results have actually been spectacular - I lost 6% of my overall unwanted fat within the 1st few weeks

Hello there! Have you thought about the maximus muscle 247 workout (just google it)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my work buddy gained a lot of muscle with it.

Hey Scott, quick question. I'm 6'6 238lbs down from over 300lbs a year ago. I'm trying to get to the next level of leanness. Because I work in a kitchen some days for 13 hours straight. I count calories and I'm honestly very strict with regards to portion control. However because I run all day and only get an hour for lunch I usually eat at the restaurant. What are some healthy food choices that can be brought to work?
Thanks,
Brandon

I actually have a question. Does having a fast motabilism help with lising weight and gaining muscle? Im trying to eat more healthy

@kornkid22 You're actually on the right track. Having more muscle leads to a faster metabolism which causes you to lose fat. So lifting weights actually helps you lose more fat.
