@jerkboxjojo i did set it up to install on the comp and it said that it failed to load windoes because its not a 64 bit processor. the person that had it before messed with it alot and i wouldent doubt he swiched it out with another comp's processor. its all good tho, im just thinking about getting another laptop. this one is cool, but after a while of not using a cd/dvd drive.... well it starts to get to your head. thanks!

Yah, I'm gonna get one of those on eBay. Is the pen pressure sensitive?

Hey, could you tell me if there were any driver issues? I happen to have to install windows 7 on a tc4400. I only find Windows Vista x64 drivers on the HP website. Did you use those? Or didnt you install any drivers and let windows 7 do everything?

@bockwurst90 Can't recall exactly what I used there (remember, this was a video demonstrating the tablet for sale over a year ago, haha...), but I do know there was some proprietary stuff that came from the Vista section (I don't think it was 64-bit... if it has 2GB RAM, I recommend using 32-bit instead of 64 to improve performance). The "quick launch buttons" software is needed to control rotation and other functions. The fingerprint security software, etc., is auto-loaded with Windows Update.

@bockwurst90 What you might want to do is look up the Quick Launch software on HP's website under "Vista", then instead of downloading that version, click "version history" on the details page to find the latest version compatible with Windows 7. The graphics and other drivers, if I remember correctly, can be found in Windows Update (under "optional updates", ridiculously enough).

So it doesn't have pressure sensitivity? :( Do you know if wacom drives would enable the pressure sensitivity or if wacom pen would work on it with pressure sensitivity?

@spiritobscura It has pressure sensitivity. The drivers are a bit quirky but it works fine in Photoshop and the like.
