Hi i'm looking at buying a country house that needs some work and tidying up in the andalucia region of spain. Could you recoment a company to use. Could you also give me your opionon on the problem i get told about all the time on how the government can force the purchase of land - is it really as bad as people say? Also if i see a house that needs water and electric connected, is it expensive to get it done?

Having lived here through the crisis..... most of the reason to move to spain have disappeared! Apart from the weather of course....

These people couldn't organise a p***ip in a brewery! Let alone navigate out of a crisis...

@wataaaaaaahhhhhh It all depends on where u move in Alicante,there are urbanizations on the coast where many expats from UK live and they´re mostly retired,but also there are areas where young people live,adolescents,twenty-someth­ing couples,etc..it´s all very mixed i guess.
