For the last three years I have opened the San Francisco Jug Band Festival by playing the Star Spangled Banner on the Jug. And I do a lot better job of it than that!

Sorry. I re-read that comment and owe an apology. Actually he does a good job and I'm not sure my version is that much better. Hey, it ain't easy. I was put off by "nobody else can do.." Anybody who tries it should get a big smile. It is fun to try it and actually pull it off.

In Harry's defense, we were all pretty drunk (it being New Years Eve) and he probably didn't imagine his remarks would go up on the internet and offend other jug players.
And my compliments to you, wayne4judy, for consciously dialing back comment-vitriol. It's rare (esp. on YouTube) to see that kind of restraint on the 'net. Kudos.
