In most cases it does not go away by itself, surgery is the best option to correct gynecomastia

@arcticmunchy your really fuckin ignorant man in most cases gynecomastia has nothing to do with diet or excersise and surgery is the only option to correct it

@CODskills01 I had it when I was 14 only on my left chest. At 15 I had surgery to get it removed but the Dr did mention that in some cases, it does go away once you hit 18 and your testosterone levels peak. Also, there is evidense that diet and exercise can reduce Gynecomastia as this raises testosterone levels. If you're and overwieth teen as I was the first thing you should do is slim down. Also keep in mind surgery removes the fatty tissue but not the excess skin which requires a 2 operation.

You can't suction the breast.Liposuction removes only fat and not breast tissue, which mainly causes the problem of gynecomastia in younger individuals.
