This is a 5 day time lapse project I did with a video camera documenting the growth of some hard red winter wheat I am growing for fresh greens in the late winter. This stuff grows so fast!

How do you prepare it?

when you mean prepare, do you mean eat it or consume it? I just have a pair of small sharp scissors next to it and cut little chunks as I want them and eat it. I call it 'packing a green lip' since it is like a green bubble gum you can work on for a while.
