@SuperDeath74 the female lays the egg, the male suppys the sperm, and does the incubation. Even to the point of his starvation...the return of the females has to be timed just right, or the male will leave the chick, because He has to feed, after months of living off of his reserves. Dedication has it's limits, but it's pretty cool!!
