Yes you can have the display on while recording, but it will reduce the battery life by around 50% maybe more in some cases

i love it! so much more useful when recording, even tho the camera has a really wide lens so ull prob never miss the shot anyway, it just helps

What we really need is a comprehensive video showing how to download the firmware from GoPro and then showing how to install the firmware into the camera.

Unless you download and install the firmware for the bac pac the bac pac will not work with the camera.. a real problem
