*Styrofoam Ice Cream Cones

Make your own Styrofoam ice cream cones as a fun accessory to the new "Nana Split's Ice Cream Parlor" North Pole Village house. You'll need wafer ice cream cones, 3" Styrofoam balls, hot glue, expanding foam insulation, and acrylic paint. Glitter is optional -- and highly recommended!

Be sure to wear latex gloves when working with the insulation, because it sticks to any surface it touches, including skin. This is a fun project to do with kids (under adult supervision) - the supplies are inexpensive and the outcome can be anything you imagine - in other words, your most favorite ice cream flavor, come to ... Styrofoam.

Have fun!
