Too low? The threshold was crossed at more than 50 feet and the pilot put it down right close to the touchdown zone. Hardly low.

Sildenanofil and Dmitrylvanikovitch... V/S waehrend des Anfluges ist 6-, 7-, oder 800 Fuss per Minute, abhaengig von der Geschwindigkeit. Touchdown natuerlich as smooth as possible bei einer trockenen Bahn.

A320 has no HUD. It is usually only used (except for training purposes) when the weather is really, really bad, like fog or very low clouds. We call it CAT II or CAT III approaches. The CRJ has no low visibility landing capability (no auto thrust), therefore HUD.

I've watched a lot of landing videos lately, and I thought the CRJ-700 had a HUD... I'm probably wrong, but other planes such as the CRJ-900 and airbus 320 (which definitely has them) none of the pilots in the videos were using one. is there any reason for that, or is that kind of a personal preference thing among pilots? (or do they not have huds >< )
