Eczema is caused by an allergic reaction to something in your diet and or environment. Figure out what your allergins are and eliminate them from you life. My triggers are dairy, wheat and corn. When I eliminate these from my diet, my eczema goes away. I've found that shea butter creams help to keep my skin from drying out. Some people have food allergins, but others have chemical allergins like soap and detergents. The challenge is to figure out your allergins and eliminate them.
