Welcome to this "lovely" hotel in Upper West Side, a shame for new yorkers and a huge disappointment for tourists that already booked and paid for this.

i stayed there with my brother and he's friend. It was no problem at all..sure.. the hotel aint the most luxurious but its in a good and quiet neighbourhood. We lived on the fifth floor and we were almost the only ones there so we had access all the time to the toilet and bathroom. So yeah, it aint THAT bad as many say

Worst hotel ever; I saw cockroaches in the bed and in the floor... when I asked for a refund, they got mad, scream at me and told me that it was my problem.... WTF?

This building is actually legally supposed to be used to house low income new yorkers, the landlord is ILLEGALLY renting these rooms to tourists. It is very very illegal and unethical, as there are poor people who live here that have NO where else to go, and I assure you that the permenant residents are no happier to have you in their home than you are to be there. I found all this out through staying here and booking online. Report this building to the nyc dept of housing.

@Sabrinafrank in the end it wasnt that bad. we asked for a room upstairs and it was ok, only the bathroom was digusting. for 3 days it was ok. and the location is great!

Me and my boyfriend stayed here whilst travelling round the US we wer on the fifth floor, the elevator must be a hundred years old!! its the most disgusting place ever and we had a mouse in our room, our video is also on here. The staff wer so rude!! definatly dont stay here!!!
