The University of Arkansas' prime choral ensemble "Schola Cantorum" is performing internationally in May 2008. Their Central European Performance Tour organized by Incantato Tours & Concert Management brings the choir to the Czech Republic, Austria and Hungary.

"Awake, my Soul, and Sing!" is the title of the concert series directed by Dr. Graeme Langager. The choir presents choral compositions on life and love, joy and pain, and the indomitable human spirit.

Schola sang "O Magnum Mysterium" by Morten Lauridsen in the beautiful cathedral of St. Vitus in Cesky Krumlov.

  • Seeing your ensemble perform in this hall is beautiful. The hall gives the song what it is due.

  • This past summer my high school choir went to austria and the czech republic and we sang in this cathedral and numerous others. This brings back great memories that I will never forget. Thank you!

  • Wow.. they were awfully lucky to sing this one in that hall. Thank You for slowing it down even more. It really moves.
