Ok before you run down to your local CVS let me tell you what happened. So the offer was for using your Extra Card where you receive extra bucks. They don't really give you the 3 dollars back in cash they put the money on your Extra Card so that you have to use it in the store. I had never used "Extra Bucks" before so this was something new to me. I wish i would have known before hand. So that's just a heads up if you do go.
