I think the dress would look gorgeous with the color hair you have now and a nice updo. It will elongate your neck line and you can show off a nice pair of earrings. The earrings cant be too much though because of the sequins on the dress. Very good choice though ^_^ Cant wait to see pictures and what about prom ??

To be honest, I DO NOT think you should dye your hair for this.
You dress is a nice ivory color, and your beautiful dark hair will compliment the dress.
You want too look classy, and elegant, and if you add the red hair... it'll ruin the dress.
And for the hair, I think you should put it up in a bun, or curl it.
