@MUFC11timesEPLChamps Centrum is not a very good product. If you are convinced it is and dont want to try a better multi vitamin, I would take at least 3 Centrum pills twice a day. Do this and you will notice a difference. Why? Because Centrum contains the bare minimum amount of vitamins and minerals. Your body needs a lot more than what they give you. Plus the more active you are, the more nutrients you need to repair and keep your body healthy.

@sahartyman Not necessarily. I take a Centrum multi vitamin and mineral tablet with my breakfast along with a time release high potency B Complex and Vit C. It works great. Centrum caters to the mass market but it is a good base to start off with and it is made by Pfizer, so you know it is going to at least have what it says it does.

@mryorkielover I don't believe you need to take B Complex 3 or 4 times a day. If you take a high potency B Complex that time releases throughout 8 hours of the day that is more than adequate. Yes the capsules will be more expensive but you just take one in the morning and then you're done. Far better.

200mg of B-Complex?? I used to take the 100mg until I start getting acne all arround my neck head and back,then I stopped using it and acne was gone. Have this happened to someone else?

As soon as he said B complex i ran to my centrum tub. 10 seconds later, "don't buy centrum, its for people who don't know any better".

Thanks for your video posts I get alot of info from them. when should I take the b complex and enzymes. before a workout, during my post workout shake or just during anytime of the day?

@coolhandshiner Always take enyzmes with every meal. You can take B Complex 3 or 4 times a day but just make sure to take it with food for maximum effect. If you take B Complex on an empty stomach, it will actually drain your energy.
