PRESSURIZED TUYERE TUBES. This experiment shows the effect of adding air flow to the tuyere tubes. The directional layout of the tubes with the addition of air pressure create a swirling vortex around the cone. I am using a 1/2" gap under the cone, and have started "hitting the wall" with fuel feed problems because of the restriction introduced by the step in the shape of the burn chamber. This video was re posted to fix an audio problem

  • Very smart thing to do , is it cheap tp run this type of thing ?

  • Hi, pellets are pretty cheap.. like less than $4 for a 40 lb bag. You can also use wood chips or chinks for free if the unit is designed with enough space to handle the fuel. Another thing to consider is the compressed air that I use to draw the gas out. I am working to replace the compressed air with 12v fans for portable application.

  • The device pulls combustable gasses out of wood or other biomas. This is an experimental setup, but the technology has been around for decades.
