Three months before the trip, Scott and Russ connected with Gal Attila, owner/manager of ‘Follow the Huns’ motorbike rental agency and tour operator, based in Covasna, Romania. Arriving in Covasna on July 19, 2008 the boys set off the next day for Moldova and hopefully on to Ukraine for a clockwise circumnavigation of the Black Sea. After snafus at the Moldovan border crossing due to fouled paperwork, they returned to Covasna. The trip was then revised to take in the Black Sea sites of Turkey via Bulgaria.
