Yep, absolutely ludacris. I know.

@anglicantian thats because according to those religious idiots...sex is for procreation...not for pleasure...so u should only have sex after married cuz of the commitment with the person + "u wanna have kids" & all that shit ... & ofc they say that probably cuz they havent taste it =P or never tasted it before getting marry...

@krickle1986 What statistics are you refering to exactly?
There is more to a honeymoon than having sex and not ever couple has sex on their honeymoon. If the newlyweds have already had sex before, they can just kink it up & try something new. They can play out and indulge in their spouses fantasies that they wouldn't consider doing for a person they didn't care about.

@krickle1986 No one should be ridicule and looked down upon for having sex or not. That is shallow & contemptuous. Virginity is a concept, it doesn't physically exist & people shouldn't be judged based on it. The idea that women are like second hand clothing if they had sex, degrades & objectifies women. The concept of "sloppy seconds" is bullshit. Would you call a rape victim that?

@krickle1986 No, the realistic way to keep the population & STDs undercontrol is promoting birthcontrol, condoms, & waiting until the individual is ready when ever that may be. Married people still need to have protected sex & not all married people limit themselves to their spouse. There is no such thing as perfection & everything has risks.

@MrMedicineMan However, humans are not wired to desire sandwiches unlike they are with social/mental/emotional needs such as sexual satisfaction, love, respect, friendship, etc.

@kiwisunshine5233 The only way to keep stds and the population under control is to promote abstinence, otherwise we are all going down together. There is no such thing as perfectly safe sex, and millions are finding that out the hard way, so thanks for promoting what tons of people are trying to change.

@kiwisunshine5233 true, however, society is the ones that place those particular labels on women. What this argument should be about is why arent men subjected to the same ridicule and looked down upon instead of being a "man's man". And no virginity isnt a concept its a posession that you have in your power to give to someone or to keep. After that its more like second hand clothing or sloppy seconds.
Sex is a personal choice, being a virgin does not make a person better. It just saves people from unneccesary worries about STD's and pregnancy as well as their big brother HIV. But a the same time there are ways to avoid prgnancies and STD's if one is sexually active.

Various conservative studies. For all I've ever heard (including my own parents, who are doctors) condoms have a failure rate of 2-3%, and this is in terms of pregnancy, which can be avoided. In terms of STD's, condoms protect very close to 100 %. Your claims are often made by religious groups who, for some reason, find sex to be bad.
You really want to miss out on such a great time because of religious idiots?
