I live in the Bakersfield area (the area of the "Chad" photos.. and have an interest in finding out the location that the images were photographed.

My main reason for creating this 'report', is that the mainstream media hasn't touched this, and doesn't look like they're going to any time soon, and real or hoax, this is something that needs to be seen. I'm aware that all the hardcores on the ufo sites and forums have all the information AND a lot more that is mentioned in this report... this is made so that the general public, who may not be aware of this information, has it more readily available for them to start putting pressure on the powers that be to take action, and disclose information.


Post Production.. I found I typoed "Caret" as "CARAT", as well as "Analysis" as "Analysys" in 2 sections very briefly. my mistake.

Just remember that when ever you see the word HOAX, FAKE or CGI replace it with COUNTER INTELLIGENCE and rather than immediately dismissing a video or photo make a judgement for yourself ...remember this technology is being deliberately held back from us by the powers that be and they will try to keep us infighting for as long as they can until the truth can no longer be contained.
