Languagelab: English for Oil & Gas - by Chantal Harvey and Al Perez

This course comprehensively covers three modules including Health & Safety for Oil & Gas, (Pre -- Intermediate level) Drilling and Production (Intermediate level) through to Reservoir Management (Upper Intermediate level). It provides understanding and insight into the processes and procedures of working in an international upstream environment.

The Language Lab Oil rig provides a 3d platform for interactive learning where students can participate in authentic task-based activities which simulate a real working rig. The activities are designed to give students maximum exposure to English and develop their core skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing.

This course will benefit students who are seeking to improve their level of English within the Oil & Gas industry. The course structure allows students to have classes at the appropriate level for them, in their own time and from the comfort of their own home.

In designing the course, Language Lab have liaised with technical experts from the Oil & Gas industry to ensure that the course structure simulates a real working environment as closely as possible and that all the activities are designed to be both relevant and practical.

i tried to get one of their sim to see whats it about. thought maybe theres a welcome are of some sort where people can learn about language lab. usually schools have access of somesort. this is very secret and closed organisation. Only way to acess is to pay. but paying for what you dont know is like paying for the dead horse
