  • Vivian,

What a great performance of my piece- sensitive and musical. I have not forgotten about sending you some of my other pieces; I would love to hear you play them, as well. Keep sharing your music with others.

  • Dear Dr. Cuellar, what an honor to receive encouraging comments from you, the original composer of this piece! I am overjoyed!

  • how difficult on scale of 1 to 10

  • Hi MrBlakeums, thanks for watching! This piece was in the required repertoire of National Federation of Music Clubs, in the Moderately Difficult Class 3 . It's not that difficult just to play it, but it's a challenge to play it well.

  • you are ridiculously good. how old are you?!

  • Hi Julie, thanks for your comments! Vivian was 10 in this video. She is now 11.

  • @blueyoyi So glad to read your comments! Yes, this will be a great piece for Enzo!

  • took a second look and a second listen.....my this is a nice piece

    and dramatically played......

(this piece will suite Enzo well!! hehhe)

  • Bravo! That smile at the end is priceless.

  • wow, Vivian, you're so talented. We enjoy your performance very much.

  • famtastic! brava! :-)

  • Dear Vivian, I am so glad your mom had occasion to share

this with me as I had never seen it and, wow, it is surely

not to be missed! This is precisely the kind of music that,

to my ear, *must* be played in a certain way to avoid the

pitfalls of devolving into cacophony and dissonance. As

it is, your brilliant interpretation presented Dr Cuellar's

ambitious piece in its finest, most appealing light. Cool,

modern, and stylish. I'm so glad to see your early giftedness

and now know Dr C's work! :)

  • Very good job! This is easily my favorite Martin Cuellar piece, and you executed it with grace and precision.

  • WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!
