That looks wonderful!

I am SO excited to find these videos of Kuba Hamuth. I am American/Italian, and have lost touch with the person who used to make the meat version for me - and it was UNBELIEVABLE. I've craved it - really craved it for years. Though I live in southeaster Michigan (an area with many middle eastern restaurants) I can not find a restaurant that makes Kuba Hamuth. You are an entertaining, sweet and funny personality and I am really grateful you have shared this recipe with me. Thanks!!

What is ground flour? Is it just the regular flour?

Hi Darling,
Actually it is Rice Flour that I am using. You can buy Rice Flour from any supermarket; maybe in the Ethnic Food Sections. It is not the same as regular flour. I hope this helps.
