Makeup Tips for Photos/Photography

(Level: General) During the recent IMATS Toronto, I did a class and demo on using brushes. Little that I know, the products I used were not "Photo Friendly". As I breeze thru pics, I see that the makeup was streaky and masked. I thought this will be a good time to talk about tips on doing makeup for photos. EnJoy!

pursebuzz is so quite and still here so different from her usual energetic self in videos... but I guess shes being a good model since shes not making it harder for the artist by moving aroung but its still soo weird XD

I saw that you used a hd powder what other setting powder options do you recommend? this is what I struggle with the most because I always get the white/gray cast and I've gone through numerous powders to correct this! thanks

LAVIS SKIN CARE Moisturizer is probably the best lotion I've ever tried. I get breakouts AND dry skin on my forehead, this took care of that problem!

Did u use a matte highlight colour in the inner eye or shimmer would be fine too?

What would you suggest for a foundation thats more accessable? (Like from sephora or a make-up counter like chanel or lancome, etc. in the states)?
