  • There are not Taekwondo.

  • sorry but this is stupid,,, what? you r trying to created your ow

    n forms?

  • is nothing taekwondo about this! this is very much Karate like and very little of true taekwondo. Im thinking the school makes up their "style" much like the contestants make up their form as they go along...to look flashier or whatever. In National and world competition there is specific forms and to stray from them gets major deductions, as it is assumed that you do not know your form. and to clap hands DURING the competition before it was over is SO unprofessional and undisciplined.

  • wth is this

  • There really isn't that many Kiai's in TKD Forms there's maybe 2 kiai's or Keup's as they are called in TKD. Some instructors push for students to yell to show their enthusiasm, but Kiai's are really just a tool to help with your breathing in as much as it is to express or demostrate power

  • lOl it looks like he's crump dancing. =P

  • there are various Sets of forms the Official ones or should I say the more used ones are the ITF Chang Hon Forms (Chonji to TOng Il) and the WTF (Kukkiwon) forms wich consist of the Taeguek and the Black Belt poomsaes

    but the

    Kuk Mu Kwan

    ATA

and others use their own created set of forms that are unique to their system and that are not original Tae Kwon Do forms In my opinion if you don't train under the Official ITF or WTF set of forms you are not doing Original Korean Tae Kwon Do but a USA v

  • wow, that must be hard.. LOL

  • are there really this many kiai's (the shouts) in tkw? In goju-ryu karate you only kiai like 3 times.

and wouldn't points be taken off for going out of the ring, your spost to plan your space needed before you do the form.
