you know it somehow reminds me on Norio Matsumoto , i mean the movements are real ,and the face proportions are like a real man has , maybe i'm mistaking ... and besides look < the same lack of coloring the chars ,the hair is not straight like in typical animes and the cloth movemants are very easy to spot almost everything shows that this belongs to matsumoto , but i repet im not 100 % sure , i'm eager to know your opinion =) so post me back ok )

My best argument would probably be that Takeuchi's name was credited at the end of this episode and not Norio's. ;) I can see why you think their styles are similar though, they do work on the same projects from time to time, like Naruto for example. So maybe he was influenced?

actually this was done by Takahiro Kishida, im pretty sure that Kishida animated the entire A-part of this episode.

Takeuchi handled the second half of the B-part.
