I just had to vent. I've lived 3 weeks without my macbook. I swear, it almost killed me. I won't apologize for whining in this video, cus macsupport's attitude is really pissing me off.

  • Have you ever tried contacting AuralSolve for help over the phone with your Mac? From what I read about them, they're a new company that provides professional over the phone support for using and troubleshooting a person's Mac computer. Their toll free number is 1-888-880-7556 if you want to check it out.

  • @AndTuts Och jag köpte min på MacSupport, och de är jättebra

  • My mic has also got that sound, but MacSupport DO NOT SUCK!

  • @Luisanita29 loooooooooooooooooooooooooool u joka

  • @stashincash06 People with different accents say things differently. Some people pronounce it Mickrophone. So the shortening of that would be pronounced mick, not mike.

  • kul å se lite svenkar här i YT världen... :)

Låter helt sjuk vad supporten gav dig för svar... (Skruva ner micen, smart support.. NOT!)

Men hade du Apple Care försäkring på den? Jävligt trist för dig,å få ett sånt bemötande,när jag haft problem,så har dom alltid varit super nice å hjälp mig direkt eller ersatt produkten direkt...

  • I hear the noise too. My school provides us all with MacBooks for use during the school year as part of a statewide program & mine suffers with that problem. I'm glad to hear it is a widespread issue.

  • go to Audio MIDI Setup (which is in /Applications/Utilities), go to the Audio Devices tab, look at Properties for iSight, and make sure that "Clock Source" is "Default" or "Internal". Also under "Audio Input", make sure that the Format is set at 44100 Hz, 2 channel 16 bit.

    Worked for me!!

  • Well, its not broken. It works. Oh and its still better than most others

If u want studio quality sound out of the box u need studio quality equipment that cost as much as your whole computer.

You get what you pay for.

  • mic is pronounced mike not mick

that was more annoying than the noise.
