Ur technique sucks...u leave wires too short!!! U probably don't pull permits on most of your jobs...have you read the latest edition of the NEC? U should stop posting videos until you can show the right way of terminating wires...

you cut your wires awfully short! we try to keep them about the length of a pair of strippers from the face of the box, just in case someone has to go in there and mess around in the future. i also think there's a certain length you have to leave in the Canadian code but i'm not sure.
