@Ninetyone11 Yeah, on a forum I'm on some members were supposed to be meeting up. They were within a few feet of eachother but the crowd was packed so tight they couldn't get any closer together :-)

If anyone can direct me to comparable footage of the Beck rally, I would be grateful to you forever (and send you kisses). My impression of the Beck rally is that people were spread out way more than this.

I hope the Left gets even angrier. It's crazy to compare social values to rightist nuttiness! I grew up in the South, where they called MLK an extremist. Entertainment like this can act like a lulling placebo to draw people into a "Center" we don't need. Substance, a social democrat policy (and polity), honest indignation at the theft of our democracy, and "eternal vigilance" are the REAL "sanity." Else we're nothing more than kiddies waiting beneath the tree for Chico Marx's Sanity Claus.
