Ron Paul does not believe that 911 was carried out by the federal government. He has said on many occasions that middle eastern terrorists attacked the United States because of our interventionist foreign policy. Ron Paul has said that he believes no evidence exists to suggest that 911 was an "inside job."

For someone who says that he doesn't believe in conspiracy theories he seems to frequent truther radio shows such as Alex Jones'. There are even youtube links of him appearing on those shows. I just graduated from college, thank God I've left that mental institution. Sad thing is, a lot of these liberal college courses are mandatory these days, maybe in hopes that they can spread their leftist propaganda. This guy really was able to rip these people up one side and down the other. I love to watch Bill O'Reilly on the Factor do the same thing. Love when he starts playing the X-Files theme song... Why are people so distrusting of their own government (Jon Gibson for one) that when posed with any 911 contradictory evidence that they immediately jump to the conclusion that the US must have done it? Why can't it simply be that it is a different story (truth) than what we're told?

It could easily have been Israel baiting us to go to war with their enemies- that the US is lousy with Israeli spies is old news and it is not like they haven't done/tried in in the past- remember the USS Liberty?

Because we could never have invaded afghanistan without 9/11. Afghanistan is the strategic lynchpin of asia. Alexander couldnt conquer it, and we cant either. The motive for 9/11 isnt important.
