I think I am right in saying this is the Honeymoon Suite at Meeru which stands on stilts about 100 feet off of the beach and is only reached by a small boat that they take you out on. I've been there and I am telling you this would have been terrifying. Surprised the building didn't fall over.

Nowhere else to go.... have you seen the resorts in those islands???? connected by wooden bridges to the mainland. If you try to cross those bridges during the tsunami youll be swept away. Define bridge over overly troubled waters...
