The army needs to stop trying to make everything look and sound good and just get back to the basics. It cracks me up that all NCO`S in my brigade have been required to watch this video like either to motivate us or maybe the assuption that some of us don`t what the purpose of the army is. Its sad. I take pride in what I do, train soliders. That is my responsibility. If an NCO doesnt get that, then they do not deserve to be an NCO.
