The only important thing are the acts, he is an atheist or who knows a satanist.

You see a lot of people wearing crosses that does not make them christian, you see a lot of people not eating pork claiming to be muslim, yet killing and selling drugs, you see people doing yoga claiming to be buddhist, yet the morning they put make up to look nice while buddhism prohibits it. Bible says, you will know em by their acts. Until one tries to be moral on every level, he is not a true follower.

Muslim means someone who submitted to God, i can't recall God saying to us that we should wear fancy clothing, make people suffer, speak and act in ego... so NO he is not a muslim and you clearly don't know what a Muslim is or you could have answered it yourself.
