    I have a TS-50, and i'm learning CW, i just bought iambic paddle and waiting for it now. But is it possible to change the WPM on the TS-50?

     Try Ham radio.kom and yes you need a license otherwise you get snubbed by the self-policing community. Get your license so you are sure you want to do this before spending money on stuff you never use.
