SuperNic100- Bow type is totally preference. Do you want the most efficient means of putting arrow to mark or do you want the feel of becoming deadly accurate with a stick and string? Only you can make that decision. Mathews are great bows, as are a lot of others. One important thing though, get a bow with the lowest draw weight to learn good tech, then move up in # weight so you can shoot tons of arrows easily, comfortably, first, then bow up.
Nice shots! Im thinking of starting archery and don't know what ow to start off just for begineers and what arrows? Im thinking of compound bow but don't know, can you help. I was looking at Matthews bows. Thanks!
Thanks. Got my bow a while ago. I am pretty good with it. Still practicing.
